What to include in your message

A little context goes a long way. Depending on why you're getting in touch, include:

Bought the repo and haven't received your GitHub invite — the email address used at checkout and your GitHub username.
Account, billing, or refund question — the email address on the account and any order or receipt reference.
Bug report or feature request — the page or flow involved and the steps to reproduce it.

Check the docs first

Many answers are already documented, from setup and configuration to per-feature guides. Skimming the relevant page before messaging usually gets you an answer faster.
